A message from the Chairman

July 7, 2018

I am writing to formally introduce myself as the new Chairman of Epping Town Football Club.

It is the club’s intentions to get back to the glory days of the 70’s, when this great town had a very successful football club. We have a strong committee, all working in the same direction and our new manager is a proven footballer and manager from a much higher level than what we are in at the moment.

If you look at our facebook and twitter pages you will see that we mean business and over the next few years we want this great club to get back on the football map.

Of course, small clubs like ours rely heavily on sponsors and supporters and I am writing to ask if you would consider meeting me to discuss sponsorship or any support that you may consider appropriate.

All our sponsors will be invited to matchday hospitality and functions throughout the season and will get promotion across our social media network and via our media partner Everything Epping Forest and the Everything Local News media service which will provide regular updates on our matches with reports and previews.  For more details of sponsorship package, click here.

I see the next few years as a very exciting journey – I very much hope you’d like to join us on it.

Chris Ottaway

I have sent an email to your above email address, after trying to contact Dave Wescott over Christmas. I have some information which may prove of interest, from my playing days with Epping Town, back in the 1960’s when we were London League Champions.

PS Just for the record, the chairman has been having email problems lately, hence my request to the other email address! David
