Epping Town FC 3 vs Great Bentley 1

Epping Town will travel to Alresford Colne Rangers or Toby in the Third Round of the Essex Premier Cup on Saturday, November 23, after a 3-1 victory over north Essex side Great Bentley at Stonards Hill this afternoon.

Epping Town were 1-0 down at half-time but hit back thanks to a Jack Jeffries goal midway through the second period before two goals from Daniel Garfinkle in the last five minutes sealed the tie.

Next Saturday Epping Town are back in Essex Olympian League Senior Division Two action when they welcome league leaders Beacon Hill Rovers, who today beat Westhamians 11-1, to Stonards Hill recreation ground.

Epping Town, who have been in cup action the last three weeks, are currently fifth in the league with two games in hand on three of the sides above them.
