Epping Town went a goal down inside the first 15 minutes but were back on level terms with a goal from Jayden Hocking-Rising on the stroke of half-time.
With less than ten minutes left, Alex Paraskeva, who had hit the post earlier in the second half, made it 2-2 before Daniel Garfinkle struck the winner with four minutes left.
The win sees Epping Town strengthen their promotion push with Billy Cove’s men now three points behind leaders Leigh Town (with one game in hand) and three points behind second-placed Beacon Hill Rovers, who lost 3-0 at Old Southendian Reserves, with Epping Town having played three games fewer than Beacon Hill.
