I Played for Pontardawe Town FC back in Swansea in the Welsh league, then I moved to play in Australia for 3 yrs with Moreland City FC (Captain) and Avondale FC. then back to the UK to Saffron Walden in 2013 as I met my wife in Australia who is from Saffron Walden. My first season in England was with Saffron Walden FC Where I played a full season in 2014 before moving to Stansted FC for 3 yrs before work commitments cut short playing time in the last season so ended up signing for Foxton FC in the Kershaw Premier for a few months before starting the management journey this season.

I spent the majority of my time as a player in the Essex Olympian Leagues and have been lucky enough to have won divisions 2 and 3 as well as coming runners up in the Premier Division. I’ve had the privilege to have played for and captained a number of very good clubs including Sungate, Debden Sports, Hannakins Farm, Stansted and most recently White Ensign. I have joined Epping Town as assistant manager after a successful first season in the role of player/coach with White Ensign at step 6 in the Eastern Counties Football League. I’m really looking forward to working as part of the clubs new management team and i’m hoping for a long and successful spell at the club.
1st Team Coach & Physio
Sean Aitchison
Long life fan of Hornchurch FC where I’ve seen the team go from Essex senior to Conference South, the Essex Senior Cup Final Hornchurch v Grays in 2013 which I was in attendance and have a picture of my self with the cup. I had a short playing career due to injury the only semi pro club I played for was Romford FC during season 2004-2005 as GK. In 2013 I gained my level 2 coaching badge and Youth Module 1 and 2 and GK level one. I’ve spent 5 seasons within Essex senior league gaining vital experience as physio. 3 seasons at southend manor under Stuart Marshall and 2 seasons at ilford under Martin Haywood. I’ve overseen the youth last year at Ilford which I have a passion of breeding youth and will continue as part of my philosophy. I was on a winning side in my time as physio championship medal from Southend Manor reserves taking part in the Denny King u21 cup. My next step is to now get Epping Town FC to a decent level like my previous teams which looks possible. I cant wait to be part of this Epping Town FC future
